behind every successful man, there is a woman. sushma is the founder and director of sdl. Her experience of over 32 years in business management is instrumental in sdl’s growth.

formed in 2008 by vivek and sushma anturkar, sdl has made exceptional progress since then and designed 500+ homes satisfying the needs of many kiwis from the north island to south island of new zealand.
in 2014, sdl acquired jacques buitendyk and associates to scale up the business and serve well-renowned developers in australasia. additionally, sdl has earned excellent credibility in the industry and has developed strong relations with many developers and other stake holders in the industry that can bring great advantage to sdl clients. sdl has been well appreciated by upcoming developers for guiding & supporting them to grow and establish their business.

gaining the adnz membership in 2013 further manifests the abundant skill set that mr. anturkar possesses. adnz membership assures that clients can be confident they are engaging an architectural designer who will bring professionalism, accountability, and integrity to his or her work.

from march 2012 it is mandatory for all architectural designers to have a license from the department of housing & development. since 2012, mr. anturkar holds the “d2” license allowing him to design anything from renovations to high rises. having the license also ensures that he is equipped with the up to date information through the department’s web and guidance pages.
